Ana Ponce, the owner of Senior Care Services, Inc., is a former Elder Abuse Investigator for the State of Florida. In her years as an investigator, she learned a great deal about the needs of seniors by visiting their homes, working with them, and getting to know many of them personally. Ana applies this experience to Senior Care Services, ensuring that her clients receive safe, reliable care.

What is home care?

Home care is a variety of services provided to assist with activities of daily living, from the comfort of the client’s home.

What are the caregivers’ duties?

The caregiver can assist with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication management, laundry, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, escort to doctor’s appointments and all errands. Many other services are available that are tailored to the client’s needs.

Do you accept Long Term Care Insurance?

We accept Long Term Care Insurance and work closely with many different insurance companies. We process all of the paperwork that is required to insure proper claim service.
